Processing of personal data involves a relationship between a customer or partner and Soma Adventures. The purpose of the register is to manage personal data necessary for cooperation between Soma Adventures and its customers and partners, to ensure smooth customer service and production and provision of services, and to enable marketing and business planning and development. Personal data is collected and processed for the following purposes:

• Processing and managing reservations
• Sales and producing the services
• Payment and invoicing
• Customer relationship management and communication

Soma Adventure don’t share personal information for purposes other than those for which it was originally collected. We do not sell or rent your personal data.

CONTENTS OF THE DATA REGISTER

• Customers or partners contact details incl. name, phone number, email address, accommodation name and address in travel destination
• Nationality
• Invoicing Information
• Services booked
• Age of children for safety purposes
• Customer’s special needs, such as allergies or diets.

HOW INFORMATION IS COLLECTED

Personal information is collected when making an online reservation or giving information via email or phone.

RIGHT OF INSPECTION

Customer or partner has the right to verify their data in Soma Adventure’s register. The request for inspection must be made in writing and addressed to the contact person named in this privacy policy.

Kindly note that if you do not allow us to collect or process the personal data we need, or if you withdraw your consent to the processing of that data for the purposes requested, you may not be able to access or use the services for which your data was requested.

RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

Customers personal data is stored in the register at least one year after the contractual obligations have finished unless otherwise agreed or required by law.

DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION

Data will not be transferred outside the EU or the EEA unless this is necessary for the provision of the service.

PROTECTION AND STORAGE OF DATA

Electronic data is protected by a firewall, usernames, and passwords. Only those employees of our company who need to access the data to perform their duties have access to the data. Our company is committed to maintaining confidentiality and secrecy regarding the information obtained in connection with the processing of personal data.
